As a wildlife conservationist with a love for travel, I recently found myself at the City Flats during a short stay in the city. The location is undisputedly convenient, nestled near essential amenities like ATMs and convenience stores, and just a hop from Ayala Avenue. Upon arrival, the staff's attentiveness was evident. The 24-hour security made me feel comfortable, as there always seemed to be a guard monitoring the premises. My room was adequately clean, with fresh linens and toiletries provided, which I appreciated after a long day. I was pleased to find the air conditioning in my loft room effective, and it helped create a cozy atmosphere. I had to cut my stay short due to a rather unfortunate issue with persistent cockroaches in the restroom—despite continuous pest control efforts. As much as I wanted to enjoy my experience fully, that was a serious downside. In terms of value, the City Flats offers a reasonable balance between comfort and price. If they can address the pest issue, it could enhance the overall experience significantly.
